Yes we do! We ship to all 195 countires. We are based in the UK and due to extended delays please allow up to 6 weeks for your packages. We want you to recieve your nails just as much as you, we are doing everything we can!

Please allow up to 5 days for our small team to prepare your order, we are working as fast as we can! Once shipped please allow 1 week for UK delivery or up to 6 weeks for International delivery.

Yes, we will ask you to return your nails back to us (postage not covered) and we will process your refund if the nails are unused, in the original state and package. We do not accept worn nails.

We are also happy to process a refund/replacement if your nails are damaged or you have recieved the incorrect nails.

If you put an incorrect shipping address, please contact us right away, If your package has not been shipped, we can fix this. Unfortunately once shipped we cannot get your package back so please take care.

Please do not worry! Unfortunately this can happen due to extremely heavy item being dropped on your package during shipping. Please send us an email with your order number and a picture of your nails. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out right away.

UK: Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK orders before contacting us, this should cover the normal delivery time. If 2 weeks passes, please check your tracking number and if your package still seems to be missing pkease send us an email with your order number and we will investigate your case!

INTERNATIONAL: Please allow up to 6 weeks for overseas packages, we are working as hard as we can to get international packages to you sooner. If your package is still not with you please contact us with your order number and we will investigate your case.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason pleae contact us as soon as possible. If you order has not be packaged and shipped we can cancel your order. Unfortunately, if we have sent your package you will have to wait until it arrives to arrange a return.

We say up to 3 weeks with proper application, we offer an application kit to do this.

TOP TIP: Ensure there is no oil on your nails before application, you can remove this with nail polish remover. Push your cuticles back, add enough glue to cover the entire nail and avoid getting any glue/overlapping the nail on your skin. All of this will lead to lifting.

If you wish to wear your nails a second time you wuill need to remove the leftover glue from before. We stock a mini e-file to get rid of this!

We suggest checking with your neighbours, behind any bins, gates, shed etc. You can also check the image left by Hermes. If you still cannot find your package please contact Hermes as they have more information. Unfortunately we do not grant refunds for packages marked as 'delivered'.

All UK packages come tracked, this will be emailed to you once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL: If you selected the 'tracked' shipping option your number will be emailed to you. Unfortunately not all international packages come with tracking so we can offer two options based on pricing.
